Chakki started to practice Yoga

Yoga- Yes, it is the next experiement from Chakki. She started practicing Yoga under a reputed Yoga instructor. You may think that why this blog contains each and every details of Chakki. After all these are not gossips, these are real things about Chakki. Where should we write about chakki ? It should be in Chakki's blog itself, right ?



Chakki starts her day by doing the daily yoga and meditation. Yoga is known to be one the effective exercises for human beings to keep the body fit and energetic. It helps to become a healthy person, to loss the weight and to overcome the physical as well as mental issues. Meditation(known as 'Dhyana') and breathing exercises(known as 'Pranayama') helps to rejuvenate and to gain a helathy body and mind. This helps to reduce our mental stress and gives a good relief for the mind and body.

For past long time, Chakki was having lot of mental agony and she found a way to mitigate it by doing such exercises which could reduce the worries and tension in the mind. After all, she is a manager who has got lot of responsibilities. She needs to take care of the beloved ones who are struggling in life. So it is definitely going to be helpful for her.

What's next ? May be Kung Fu or Karatte, who knows what Chakki will do ?
