Do you like dogs? Have you thought why humans love keeping dogs as pets? Have you ever thought how a pet can change your life and bring happiness ?
One day when I met Chakki in a food court, the first thing that we talked about was about her recent photograph with a cute dog. I just asked her- "Do you like dogs ?". She replied - "Of course, I love them. Not only dogs but other animals too. Of course animals are always around us. "From cats, fish, parrot to Elephant- I love them."- Chakki added.
With a deep sigh, she told- "Look, do you know one thing ? Pets are better than Humans. Especially dogs. You will understand it when you have one around you."
It made me to sit and think. She said it right. Animals are better than Humans in many ways. But we never think about what animals can teach us about being better Human Beings. Humans are fundamentally social animals, and in learning to coexist more peacefully, the animal kingdom could teach us a thing or two. Research has shown that animals are capable of great depth of emotion and complex systems of social cooperation, and we know that animals can care for each other and for human beings.
Look around for the animals near you. Each animal will teach you something in your life. Let's start from the big boss - Elephant. What's peculiar about Elephants ? They live in groups. They respect their elders.
Cats ? They love cuddle. They make you happy with their gestures. They like pampering. And of course, it will be a good time pass for you spend some time with your smart kitty.
And what about dogs ? I think what Chakki said is right. Perhaps dogs are the best pets in the world.
Dogs show so much loyalty, love and affection, plus they are really smart and always able to make you laugh–no matter what! Dogs do not have problems expressing affection in public. Dogs are best listeners. Dogs miss you when you're gone. You never wonder whether your dog is good enough for you. Dogs understand what "no" means. Dogs feel guilt when they've done something wrong. Dogs don't criticize your friends. Dogs admit when they're jealous. Dogs are always up for adventure. Dogs literally have superpowers; they can use their nose to smell anything or anyone out of a crowd, and are almost always in a good mood. All in all, dogs can teach us so much about life and how to be happy. With their open-hearted approach to anything that comes their way and their inability to hold a grudge, dogs are literally angels on four-legs. And of course, dogs trust you well and are loyal to you better than Human beings !
