Sometimes I need to be alone with my music

Loneliness hurts right ?

Chakki often says "Sometimes I need to be alone with my music."

Music is a great medicine to sooth the emotional souls.
Music is a relaxing antidote to loneliness, sadness, depression, anger, boredom.
The moment you feel lonely, sad or bored, go to a store, get a good quality headphone, and then turn the music on. You would get your answer.

Listening to the pleasant and joyful music will help reverse your own darkening lonely mood.  The brain is programmed in such a way that thinking about one bad thing recollects another and music provides a great intervention and breaks this sequence. When you’re concentrating on the music you hear, then it’s strenuous to focus on other negative thoughts. Listening to your favourite music boosts levels of the hormone dopamine. Dopamine makes us excited and motivates us. Thus music helps us to overcome depression, loneliness, anger as it soothes our mind. Relaxing music, takes you back into your past ! Go back and start cherishing old memories, achievements and friendships etc. It will bring you out of depression. 


There has been many bad phases in Chakki's life. People left her just because the time wasn't right for her. But music always gave her company. It was the only thing she can rely upon. It was there for her when nobody else was. She used to listen songs, tried to understand the lyrics, sometimes even tried to write few lines and start humming it. Music helped her a lot.
